Boko Haram terrorist attacks have intensified in northeast Nigeria since the inauguration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the latest assault, which occurred yesterday, June 22, two young women went to a market in Maiduguri yesterday and blew themselves up, killing many people.
They disguised as beggars to get into the market and once they made it in, they carried out the attack.
It’s not the first time this has happened since Buhari became president.
A suicide bomber killed dozens at an abattoir in Maiduguri barely a week after Buhari was sworn in and there were at least two other bombings in the same city after that.
Suspected Boko Haram members also attacked in Niger and Chad this month killing dozens.
It seems the terrorists are back in force again.
